Wondering how to enter a discount code, or what your subscription includes - read this blog to answer all your questions



APPLYING DISCOUNT CODES

Q: I’m trying to use a discount code but there’s no place to enter it.

A: You’ll find the field to enter a discount code on the purchase screen under the "already purchased, restore access" button. Enter your code and it will take $20 off the annual subscription only.



Q: I cannot get the discount code to work

A: If a code was previously entered it will be locked in, and you won’t be able to change it. However the discount should already be applied.

A: You cannot use your own referral code for a discount

A: Check to ensure there are no extra added spaces before or after your code

A: Try this code: UNSCRIPTED20



PAYMENT QUESTIONS

Q: Is there an alternative way to pay that’s not via the app store?

A: Unfortunately the app store doesn’t support payments that are off their platform, as they take a commission of every purchase. We wish this was an option but it goes against the app store rules. To pay and unlock Unscripted you’ll need a google play or appstore account and will need to connect a payment method to your App Store.



Q: If I purchase yearly am I charged the full amount now?

A: Yes, you’ll be charged the full amount on day 7 of your trial and then when the subscription term is up you’ll be charged that amount again for another year if the subscription is not cancelled before the renewal date.

Q: How much does it cost in my currency?

A: You’ll see the purchase options in your app. We have monthly and yearly subscription options. These will all display in your local currency in the app.

Q: I’ve paid but I don’t have access?

A: Please stay logged in and close and re-open the app. If this doesn’t work check your app store to ensure the purchase went through. If so please contact us using the “chat with us” button in the app.



HOW TO UPGRADE MY PLAN



Q: How do I upgrade to an annual subscription?

A: To upgrade from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription go to the left menu in your app > settings > upgrade subscription - this will then direct you to the app store!



CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS



Q: How do I cancel my free trial or active subscription?

A: To cancel your subscription go to the left menu in your app > click settings > click cancel subscription - this will then take you to the app store where you can cancel.

Q: I cancelled my subscription but still got charged - how do I request a refund?

A: Sometimes this may happen for a variety of reasons, such as not cancelling your free trial in time. Simply follow the instructions below to request a refund.
